Mumbai: We are quite familiar with superstar Shahrukh Khan's long Bollywood struggle. It is a known fact how Khan, from a non-filmy background finally made it big in the industry. But, no one possibly knows the pain and sacrifice of a star behind this struggle. Shahrukh, who is very active in social networking sites like Twitter, made a surprising comment in his account. SRK, who is today a very big star of Bollywood, seems very upset with the industry wallas, and this is what his recent Twitter post says. The Twitter phrase reads 'Malice in Wonderland'. He wrote, "Film land is a world of Wonder. Dreams.. make believe..larger than life..fun..innuendos..distortion and of course a little malice in wonderland." "Inside my van, faces compiled by my driver. They stare down at me as if to remind me..I am all of them and none of them," he further added. Well, we know that Bollywood isn't that great as it looks from far. It's in fact a big bad world. But, we are still confused as in what has hurt SRK, despite being the big daddy of the industry.

Mumbai: Karan Johar gave a punching reply to those who were talking about his differences with superstar Shahrukh Khan. The filmmaker has apparently decided to spend his new year with King Khan and his family.

Earlier, there was a buzz that all is not well between SRK and Karan, because of Johar's closeness with Sharukh's arch rival Salman Khan.

If the grapevine is to be believed, Karan is now planning to party with Shahrukh and his family on new year's eve in Dubai, where SRK has just wrapped up from shooting a song sequence for his forthcoming flick Chennai Express.

Buzz is that Salman also invited Karan to celebrate new year's eve at his Panvel farm house. But Johar decided to join Shahrukh in Dubai.

Shahrukh Khan is set to perform in Indonesia on December 8, 2012!
Bollywood's most phenomenal star, Shahrukh Khan, is set to perform his "Temptation Reloaded" concert in Indonesia. Specifically, on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 8pm at the Sentul International Convention Center, West Java. Shahrukh Khan is truly a multi-talented personality. Aside from acting, he has been blessed with the ability to wow audiences through his quick wit and humor, as well as his famed song and dance moves.
Shahrukh Khan, often referred to as SRK, was born on November 2, 1965. To date, he has acted in 77 films, almost all of which have been successful in India. Moreover, many of his films have crossed international borders and have been widely viewed in various countries including Indonesia. Films such as Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Mohabbatein, Om Shanti Om, Asoka and Don were among the most successful and phenomenal films in the history of Bollywood. Another notable success was My Name is Khan, based on the aftermath of the 9/11 WTC attack. The film, which details the life of a Muslim living in New York after the tragedy, grabbed international attention and acclaim.

My Name is Khan also won awards at international film festivals such as the Berlin Film Festival. This catapulted Khan to the likes of Hollywood legends. Khan has won accolades not just as an actor, but has also produced many of his own films. He has received no less than 59 awards since he debuted in the world of Indian cinema in 1992 and the television industry before that in the late 1980s.
Shahrukh Khan has been enticed to Indonesia by MD Entertainment, a production house known nationally for its quality films and television programs. Manoj Punjabi, its President Director/CEO, persistently lobbied with the management of Shahrukh Khan in Mumbai, India. After much deliberation and planning, MD Entertainment successfully confirmed the December 8, 2012 concert date. "It took a while to convince Shahrukh's management team to allocate the date and time for a concert in Jakarta... Fortunately they finally agreed, and it was truly a happy moment for us," said Manoj Punjabi.
MD Entertainment appointed Java Musikindo as the promoter of the Shahrukh Khan concert. "This is a new challenge for JAVA, which usually promotes bands or singers from the US or UK," admitted Adrie Subono, the CEO of JAVA Musikindo.
Such as in previous concerts, Shahrukh Khan will be accompanied by other artists. Preity Zinta and Bipasha Basu are amongst those that will perform with him this time around.
JAVA recently promoted the Maroon5 concert on October 4th and 5th, and tickets were completely sold out on both nights. This is the first time MD Entertainment and JAVA Musikindo are working hand in hand. Based on the stellar reputation of the two companies in their respective fields, this collaboration is very likely to be a successful one.
Given the enormous talent and charisma of Shahrukh Khan, the coming December 8 concert promises to be a spectacular event, worth watching and enjoying to the fullest. Surely, Shahrukh Khan's avid fans will not let such an opportunity go by! So for all his admirers in Indonesia... Prepare to welcome the living legend to our country!

U.S. apologizes to Shahrukh Khan for another airport detention.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan, seen at the Berlin International Film Festival in February, was detained at a U.S. airport again on Thursday.

The U.S. has issued an apology after once again detaining Shahrukh Khan, one of Indian cinema's biggest stars, at its border.
U.S. Embassy spokesman Peter Vrooman apologized for any inconvenience or delay to the award-winning Bollywood star due to Thursday's detention.
Khan, dubbed "King Khan" by his fans around the globe, arrived in the U.S. via private plane just before 1 p.m. local time on Thursday. He was en route to Yale University in Connecticut to give a speech in the late afternoon.
Though U.S. customs and border protection officials at the White Plains, N.Y. airport cleared everyone else accompanying him on the flight, they detained Khan for a reported two hours.
The 46-year-old star was late for both his lecture to hundreds of Yale students, parents and faculty, as well as for a scheduled news conference prior to his official address.
"Whenever I start feeling too arrogant about myself, I always take a trip to America. The immigration guys kicked the star out of stardom," Khan quipped to the audience during his speech, when he finally took the stage.
However, according to reports in Indian media, the star was quite upset about the incident, which has happened several times before.
In 2009, Khan was frisked, questioned and detained for several hours at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey. He had travelled to the U.S. for a celebration with Chicago's South Asian community and to promote his film My Name is Khan, a American-Indian co-production about an Indian Muslim man who undertakes a journey across the U.S.
